Terms of Service

1. The Service

SyncWheel synchronizes data between systems you choose, such as databases, mail and calendar systems and contact stores, including Google services and Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com through Microsoft Graph. You decide which accounts to connect and which data to synchronize.

2. Beta status

The Service is currently a beta. It may change, be interrupted or contain errors. You are responsible for keeping backups of your data.

3. Your account and connected services

• You are responsible for your SyncWheel account credentials and for all activity under it.
• You may only connect accounts and data that you are authorized to access and synchronize.
• You can revoke SyncWheel's access at any time, in SyncWheel and in your Microsoft or Google account settings.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to interfere with or disrupt the Service, to attempt to gain unauthorized access, or to violate the terms of the connected third-party services.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the synchronization you configure, as described in our Privacy Statement.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Synchronization can create, modify or delete data in the connected systems according to your configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for loss of data arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
