Privacy Statement

Last updated: October 2026

This Privacy Statement explains what information SyncWheel.com ("SyncWheel", "we") collects and how it is used and protected.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: your e-mail address and the credentials needed to sign in to SyncWheel.
  • Connection settings: the connections and synchronization tasks you configure, including connection parameters.
  • Authorization tokens: when you connect a Microsoft or Google account, we store the OAuth tokens issued to SyncWheel so it can act on your behalf until you revoke access.
  • Synchronized data: data from your connected systems (for example contacts, calendar items or e-mail) is processed while a synchronization runs. Only the data and folders you map are accessed.
  • Technical logs: synchronization results and error information needed to operate and troubleshoot the Service.

2. Microsoft account data

SyncWheel accesses Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Outlook.com data through Microsoft Graph, using only the delegated permissions you consent to (for example Contacts.ReadWrite). Access is limited to the signed-in user's own data. We do not access other users' data and do not use it for advertising.

3. How we use information

We use the information solely to provide, secure and support the Service and to perform the synchronizations you configure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use data obtained from Microsoft or Google APIs for advertising or to train machine-learning models.

4. Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties, except with service providers needed to operate SyncWheel (such as hosting) and when required by law. Data moves only between the systems you connect.

5. Storage and security

Sensitive values such as tokens and passwords are stored encrypted. Communication with SyncWheel.com uses HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete a connection (which removes its stored tokens) or your account at any time, and we will delete the associated data. You can also revoke SyncWheel's access in your Microsoft account (account.microsoft.com/privacy/app-access or myapps.microsoft.com) or Google account.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.

8. Changes

We may update this statement. The date above shows the latest revision.
